Rasalila (रासलीला) dancing poses, monochrome filled with maroon - An elegant piece made mostly with fine black lines, painstakingly  drawn with brush and filled with minimal colours depicting Radha and Krishna in a dancing pose along with sakhis(सखी). The top of the painting is adorned by the Dasa Avatara (दस अवतार) of Lord Vishnu, Mastya (मत्स्य) or fish, Kachhapa (कच्छप) or tortoise, Baraha (बराहः) or wild boar, Nrushingha (नरसिंह) or lion headed man, Bamana (बामन) or dwarf, Parsurama (परशुराम), Rama (राम), Balarama (बलराम), Buddha (बुद्धा) and Kalpi (कालपी). This style of Pattachitra gives exclusivity to the place it is displayed. Krishna lila or Raas lila paintings are based on various mythological incidents based on Lord Krishna and residents of Gokul known as Gopis.
